Web Development Services

Refunds for web development projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include:

Generally, refunds are not available once the project has reached 50% completion or significant deliverables have been provided.

Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media):

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once services have been rendered
  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) is non-refundable
  • Setup fees may be partially refundable if services haven't commenced

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, a full refund may be provided.

  • Custom work that cannot be resold

  • Work completed vs. work remaining
  • Materials and resources already utilized
  • Time invested in the project
  • Agreed-upon milestones and deliverables

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter. We may offer alternative solutions such as:

  • Service credits for future work
  • Additional services to address concerns
  • Project modifications or adjustments

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
